Terms of Service

AlliUp (the website at alliup.net) is run by a sole proprietor who sells under the brand name AlliUp ("AlliUp", "we" or "us"). You can reach us at any time using the details in the Contact section below.

AlliUp is guided, self-serve software. It helps you set up your offer, funnel, profiles, content plan and simple tracking yourself, by asking you questions and building outputs (for example an offer brief, a page blueprint, profile bios, a content plan and a growth snapshot) from what you enter.

AlliUp is not consulting, coaching, an agency or a done-for-you service. We don't build, publish or run anything for you, and we don't review or approve your business. You complete the steps and you decide what to use.

Outputs are generated from the information you give us using fixed templates. You are responsible for reviewing and editing them before you use them.

The free Sales Flow Check and your Business Profile are free. The other steps (Offer, Funnel, Presence, Content and Growth) are included with AlliUp Founding Access, which costs $79 USD as a one-time purchase. See the Pricing page for details.

Access is currently sold as a one-time purchase. It is not a subscription, and we don't charge recurring fees for it. If we later change the price or offer other plans, that won't create a new charge for a purchase you have already made.

Your access lasts for as long as AlliUp offers the product and your account stays in good standing under these terms. If we decide to stop offering AlliUp, we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

This means you buy AlliUp Founding Access from Paddle, our authorised reseller, and Paddle collects your payment. The product itself is licensed to you by us under these terms. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

Prices are in US dollars. Paddle calculates and collects any applicable sales tax or VAT at checkout. We never receive or store your full card details; they are handled by Paddle.

Refund requests are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

• You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
• Give us accurate account information and keep your password private.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it.

You keep ownership of what you enter into AlliUp and of the outputs built from it (your "content"). You give us permission to store and process your content only so we can run AlliUp for you, as described in our Privacy Notice.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you enter and publish, including your business information, prices, links, claims, results, testimonials and credentials. AlliUp never invents proof for you: anything you add as proof is yours and must be true. Only enter information you have the right to use. We don't verify your information.

AlliUp does not guarantee any business, revenue, sales, lead, marketing, audience or growth result. The Sales Flow Check (and the earlier Sales System Score) measures how complete a setup is, not how likely a business is to succeed. Your results depend on many things outside our control, including your offer, your effort, your market and the platforms you use.

AlliUp's outputs and suggestions are general guidance. They are not legal, tax, financial or professional advice.

Please don't use AlliUp to:

• break the law, or help anyone else to;
• make false, misleading or deceptive claims, or invent testimonials, results or credentials;
• infringe anyone's rights, or enter information you have no right to use;
• try to get around payment or access controls, or share, resell or give away your access;
• interfere with AlliUp or its security, overload it, scrape it, or attempt to access other people's data;
• upload malicious code, or impersonate another person or business.

You can stop using AlliUp at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Notice).

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if your use puts other people or the service at risk, if we are required to by law, or if a payment is fully refunded or reversed (for example by a chargeback), because your access depends on that payment.

If your access ends, the paid steps close for your account. Your saved work is not deleted automatically; see the Refund Policy and the Privacy Notice. Nothing in this section limits any refund or other right you have under the Refund Policy or the law.

We work to keep AlliUp available, but we don't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, change or remove features over time.

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell you, by email or a notice on the site, before it takes effect where reasonably possible. If you keep using AlliUp after the change, you accept the updated terms.

To the extent the law allows, AlliUp is provided "as is" and "as available", and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to AlliUp is limited to the amount you paid for AlliUp.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right or liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you, including consumer rights where you live. If any part of these terms conflicts with mandatory law, the mandatory law applies and the rest of these terms stay in place.
