AlliUp

Refund Policy

Last updated: October 7, 2026

How refunds work when you buy AlliUp Founding Access. Your payment is handled by Paddle, so this page explains both what we do and what Paddle does.

Who processes your payment and your refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

That means refunds for purchases made through Paddle are processed by Paddle, not directly by us. If you have a question about a charge, a receipt or a refund, Paddle is the right first stop.

How to ask for a refund

  1. Find the receipt email Paddle sent when you bought. It has a link to Paddle's order support, where you can request a refund. You can also go to paddle.net and look up your order.
  2. If you need help, or you can't find your receipt, contact us (details below) with the email address you used to buy, and we'll help you get to the right place.

Paddle's refund policy

Paddle's current refund policy says that Paddle may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund if a request is submitted within 14 days of the transaction date, and that asking within that period does not guarantee a refund. Refund decisions on Paddle transactions are Paddle's to make under its policy. This is a summary: the policy on Paddle's website, Paddle's Refund Policy, applies if it differs, and it may change.

Our own policy

AlliUp does not currently offer a separate refund guarantee or a longer refund window beyond Paddle's policy and your legal rights.

If we make a mistake, for example you were charged twice, or you were charged but did not receive access, contact us and we will work with Paddle to put it right.

Your legal rights

Nothing on this page affects rights you have by law that cannot be waived or limited, including consumer rights where you live. For example, in some places (such as the EU/EEA) the law gives you a right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within a set period. Where a right like that applies, it applies in addition to this policy, and we and Paddle will honor it.

What happens to your access and your saved work

  • If your purchase is fully refunded, or the payment is reversed through a chargeback, your Founding Access ends. The paid steps (Offer, Funnel, Presence, Content and Growth) close for your account. A partial refund does not end your access.
  • The free parts (the Sales Flow Check and your Business Profile) stay available.
  • Your saved work is not deleted automatically. It stays in your account, subject to our Privacy Notice, and it is there again if you buy access in the future. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
